For most of last year, Elevare didn't have a face. It was just the work: the design files, the supplier emails, the late nights getting a single page layout right. I stayed behind it on purpose. I wanted the product to speak first.

I'm Brylee. I designed every page of the Intentions & Reflections Journal, chose the leather and the foil, and funded the first edition myself. I run Elevare from the Gold Coast: the design, the photography, the packing, the messages you send. All of it, for now, is me.

I started Elevare because I couldn't find what I wanted to buy. Plenty of journals were beautiful. Plenty were useful. Almost none were both, the kind you actually reach for, not the one that looks good on a shelf and sits empty by February.

The first print run came back wrong. The interior pages weren't right, so I reprinted the entire run rather than send out something I didn't believe in. The pens were held at freight and arrived weeks late. I launched months later than I'd planned. None of that made it onto the website, but it's the reason the journal is the one I actually wanted to make, not the one that was easiest to ship.

I'm not going to tell you this journal will change your life. I'll tell you it was made by someone who cares what your mornings feel like, and who believes the things you use every day should be worth keeping.

Thank you for being here while it's still just me. It means more than you know.
